PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit card thru: Paypal OR Google Checkout.
Payment is expected no later than 4 days.
If payment is not reached to us by the 4th day the item was purchase, the item is relisted and the purchase will be cancelled.
Combine shipping of multiple items needs to be purchase within 2 days of the first item purchased.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship within 24-48 hours of cleared payment.
In the case we can't ship within our time frame, a message will be sent to the buyer explaining why additional time was required to ship the package.
No shipping on National Holidays.

Health and Beauty:
No returns are accepted due to Federal Regulations, preventing sellers to resell returned item. Buyer not liking a product or a scent is strickly the buyer's responsibility.
Other items:
Please contact us for a preauthorization code. Return shipping will NOT be refunded. The cost of the item minus a 15% restocking fee will be refunded. Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless the wrong item was sent.
Wrong item/Incorrect item sent:
Please contact us to let us know you've received the wrong item ordered.
Return shipping will be refunded as long as return shipping was made the same way the item was ship to.
i.e Priority Mail ship to buyer, Return shipping: Priority Mail.
Cost should not be more than what we paid for shipping.
i.e We pay $5.50 US, you pay $7.50 US, we will only refund $5.50.
Once the item is back with us, we will inspect the item and refund the purchase price & shipping both ways.
